I have a manuscript with a word count of less than 10,000 words that needs a keen eye for proofreading and, most importantly, potential plagiarism (a Turnitin Similarity Score of less than 10 is required). Alongwith, format it as per the guidelines provided.

• Ideally, the freelancer should have a background in academia or a strong understanding of academic writing rules and styles.
