Proofreading/Editing short articles

I am writing articles for my blog and would like to hire someone with good vocabulary and with a strong grip in English. I would like you to edit them and proofread them and make the flow of the article better. I will be posting regularly on my blogs so would like to give weekly projects. Someone with a strong understanding of how SEO could be implemented in it would be preferred.
