Proofreading and Deep Editing for English File

Hello, the project I have consist of 3,163 English words. It is a profile for a (Law Firm). The file has been translated originally from Arabic into English. We need to apply native speaker editing touches to improve the English text to be more sophisticated and elegant. I need someone who is strong in re-phrasing, can express very well to give powerful and meaningful sentences. In parallel, we need to correct grammar/spelling mistakes (if any). I need someone strong in deep editing.
