Proofreader Needed for Non-Fiction Book on Critical Thinking

We are seeking a skilled and experienced proofreader to join our project, which focuses on critical thinking for an adult audience. Our current manuscript is in progress, and we have 135 pages delivered out of an anticipated 195-210 pages. The current word count stands at approximately 30,000 words.
Job Requirements:
- Native-level proficiency in English with excellent grammar and language skills.
- Proven experience in proofreading non-fiction books, preferably in the field of critical thinking or related topics.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and suggestions to improve clarity, coherence, and overall readability.
- Keen attention to detail to identify and correct grammatical, punctuation, spelling, and typographical errors.
- Familiarity with formatting and style consistency throughout the manuscript.
Deliverables:
- Proofread and edited version of the current 135 pages delivered.
- Potential long-term collaboration for the remaining pages and future projects, depending on the quality of work.
Payment:
- We offer a one-time payment for the entire project rather than an hourly rate.
- Payment will be negotiated based on experience and the quality of previous work submitted.
