Proofread a text in English (only native Speakers) approx 4000 words

I have a word file (attached) - please proofreed the text and provide me a track-changed version back.
The total word count is approx 4000 words. Please note that there are passages with yellow highlights: these do NOT require proofreading. Generally please check spelling, grammer and if there are options to reword and use better words please also suggest.
Also dont worry about the formating. The text was converted from a different source into a Word to make the review/proofread easier.
