Proofread and format booklets for Amazon

I need a proof-reader and a formatter. I have 3 booklets and a 10k word story, that need proof-reading and formatting. Total words are about 13,500 - 14000. The three booklets are children's low content story books. So some-one who has knowledge of both area else one of each. Need the work done asap as I'm looking to upload to Amazon by middle of next week.
