Proof reading a Journal paper -- 3

I need someone with a technical background, preferably from cyber security or a closely related field. This project will have multiple check-points (milestones), if I don't like the work, I will cancel. Please note that I expect a high level of editing/proofreading. I am a published writer myself, I am sub-letting this because I am too busy to do the work. If you do not have the experience, please don't waste my time and yours.
I also expect you to review the citations.
