Proof-reading of an English document

I am looking for a professional, native-speaker proof-reader to undertake a grammatical and syntactical revision of an academic text of about 9,000 words by the 20 of July 2021.
The appointed proof-reader should:
- correct grammatical and syntactical errors;
- rewrite/edit unclear sentences where appropriate to improve the flow of the text.
