PDF-to-Word Conversion & Data Entry

I have a batch of text-based PDFs that must be turned into fully editable Word—and where tables appear, into Excel—files while keeping every margin, font, and heading exactly as in the originals. Once each file is converted, I’ll also need the key data copied into a master spreadsheet so I can filter and analyse it later.

To make the process smooth, I’ll pass along a clear naming convention, sample documents that show the final look I expect, and step-by-step notes for each file. Speed matters, but not at the expense of precision: any typo or slipped format forces me to redo downstream work, so I’m counting on meticulous proofreading before you mark a file complete. All material is confidential; please work in a private environment and delete local copies when we’re done.

Deliverables
• Word/Excel versions for every source PDF, layout preserved
• A consolidated spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) with the extracted fields, correctly typed and aligned with my template
• A brief status log noting any unreadable text or formatting limits you ran into
