PDF Text Data Entry
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I have a collection of digital PDF files that contain plain text which needs to be transferred accurately into an editable format. Every file is already digital—no handwriting or image-only scans—so you can copy, paste, and proof everything directly from the PDFs.
Here is what I expect:
• Extract all text from each supplied PDF file.
• Enter it into the template I will share (simple spreadsheet with predefined columns).
• Preserve original spelling, punctuation, and paragraph breaks—no reformatting beyond the template structure.
• Return the completed spreadsheet as soon as each batch is finished so I can import it immediately.
Accuracy is critical; I will spot-check random rows and need 100 % consistency with the source. If you are comfortable working quickly while maintaining that level of precision, we can start right away and scale up to additional batches as long as the quality stays high.
