PDF Text Data Entry

I have a collection of digital PDFs whose text I need transferred into an editable format with complete accuracy. The job is purely text data entry—no numeric work or transcription from audio is involved—so the focus is on carefully reading each PDF and re-typing (or pasting, when possible) the content while preserving paragraphs, headings, and basic formatting.

You will receive the PDFs as soon as we start. For each file, return a clean, proof-read document in either Word or Google Docs—whichever you prefer—so that I can immediately use, search, and update the text. Spelling, punctuation, and line breaks should match the source unless you spot an obvious typo; in that case, note the change in a brief comment.

Turnaround time is flexible, but let me know how many pages you can comfortably handle per day so I can schedule batches accordingly. Accuracy is more important than speed, and I will review the first few pages before giving the green light on the remainder.

If you have experience in PDF conversion tools or OCR, mention it, though manual verification is still required. Looking forward to working together on this straightforward yet detail-oriented task.
