PDF Text Data Entry
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have a collection of PDFs that need to be turned into clean, editable text. The task is straightforward data entry: open each PDF, capture every word exactly as it appears, and place it into the spreadsheet template I’ll share. Accuracy comes first, so I’ll run random spot-checks before signing off each milestone. If you normally rely on OCR, that’s fine as long as you proof-read the result—typos or missing lines won’t pass review.
All files are pure text (no tables or images to worry about), and everything is in English. Should this initial batch go smoothly, I may have additional PDFs or even Word or plain-text sources down the road, but for now it’s strictly PDFs.
Deliverable:
• Completed spreadsheet with one row per PDF page, fully proof-read and matching the source.
Turnaround: Please let me know how many pages you can comfortably handle per day and your preferred hand-off schedule so we can keep the workflow steady.
