PDF Text Data Entry

I have a collection of PDF digital files that contain pure text, and I need every word transferred accurately into an editable format. Because the source is already digital, no OCR is required; I simply need diligent, error-free typing that mirrors the original layout where practical (paragraph breaks, headings, and any basic emphasis).

You will receive the PDFs in a shared folder, and I’m happy for you to return the finished work in Word, Google Docs, or plain-text files—whichever you find most efficient—as long as the final text is complete and double-checked for spelling, punctuation, and missing lines.

Deliverables
• Clean, fully proof-read text files corresponding to each supplied PDF
• Consistent naming so I can trace each output file back to its source

Before we start, please let me know your estimated turnaround time for roughly 20 PDFs of average length and the tools or workflow you prefer to ensure accuracy.
