PDF Table and content Conversion to Word through typing and formatting

I have a set of PDFs filled with elaborated tables that mix textual notes and numerical data. I need every page re-typed into an editable Word document, but instead of mirroring each table exactly as it looks now, I want one clean, standardized layout applied across the whole file so the final document is easy to read and update in the future.

Accuracy is crucial: text must match the source word for word, figures and decimal places must be copied without error, and column / row structure should remain logically identical—just presented with the same fonts, borders, and spacing throughout.
