PDF to Online Platform Retyping

I need two documents of text retyped from PDF files into an online platform. One is a short completed novel about 102 pages. The other is the first 30,000 words of a second novel. These are for a competition and I only found out a few days ago after finishing the first novel that all text had to be manually entered on the word editor on the contest website. NO cut and paste accepted, not a single word. The deadline for submission is November 20 and I type too slow to be confident I could get that done. The typist would need to log into the contest using my log on. I have already typed in 15 pages of the comleted novel, which made me realize I need help.
