PDF Copy Typing Project -- 2

I have a PDF of more than 50 pages that belongs to an existing business archive. The text is locked in non-editable form, so the full content needs to be re-typed into an editable file—preferably a clean, well-formatted Word document.

Accuracy is critical: every heading, paragraph break, table, bullet point, and page number must match the source so the finished file can be used immediately in our daily operations. You are welcome to use OCR as a starting point, but I will only accept a file that has been carefully proof-read and corrected by hand.

Deliverables
• A single .docx file mirroring the original layout and wording
• Final pass for spelling, punctuation, and consistent styling

Once the typed document matches the PDF exactly, the project is complete.
