I have prepared what I believe to be the full set of General Conservatorship forms for my mother’s case in Nevada County, California, but before I submit them again to the court I want a fresh, professional pair of eyes on every page. The packet has already gone through one round of edits, yet I am still concerned about three key areas: making sure each form satisfies California and county-specific legal requirements, confirming that every date, figure, and name is correct, and polishing the formatting and language so nothing looks sloppy or inconsistent.
