Msc Thesis Proposal review, check and update for DataScience and Adaptive Assessments.

Need someone who has knowledge about data science, adaptive assessments and statistical background. This is my proposal for research for grad school(Msc) (Adaptive Feedback for adaptive assesments and using Neo4j) which is about 2133 words. It needs to be edited, checked for grammer and maybe some sections rewritten/updated. References need to be updated as well in the APA format.
