Medical Records Transcription Needed

I have a backlog of medical records that must be transcribed quickly and with absolute accuracy. Although I am comfortable with basic typing and data entry, I am new to medical transcription and need an experienced professional who can handle the terminology, maintain patient confidentiality, and turn the audio or handwritten notes into clean, well-formatted text.

Here is what I’m counting on you for:
• Receive audio files or scanned notes and return fully-proofed, neatly formatted documents (Word or Google Docs is fine).
• Flag unclear sections or inaudible words so I can clarify them—no guessing.
• Observe HIPAA-level confidentiality throughout the project.
• Deliver each batch on or before the agreed deadline; consistency is more important to me than speed alone.

If you’re already comfortable with medical jargon, familiar with standard transcription software (Express Scribe, oTranscribe, or similar), and have a sharp eye for detail, I’d love to hear how soon you could start and how you prefer to structure milestones.
