Manual Text Entry from Print

I need the content of several printed documents keyed in manually—no OCR, no scripts. It is straightforward text, and accuracy is critical: every word, line break, and piece of punctuation must match the original pages exactly.

The finished work should reach me as either an editable Word/Google Doc or a neatly structured Excel/Google Sheet, whichever you’re more comfortable with; I’ll import it into our database once it is error-free. I will run random checks against the source pages, so please proof-read before you submit.
