I need help transferring information from a collection of PDF files into an editable digital format. Everything must be keyed in manually—no automated scraping or copy-pasting tools—so that layout quirks in the source documents don’t introduce errors.
You will receive the PDFs in batches through a shared drive. For each file, simply reproduce the text exactly as it appears, preserving paragraph breaks and any simple headings. No images or complex formatting are involved; accuracy of the words and basic structure is what matters.
Deliverables
• A clean, proof-read text file (Word or plain TXT is fine) for every PDF I send.
• A short progress log noting file names, date completed, and any anomalies you spot (illegible characters, missing pages, etc.).
Once the first batch is complete and double-checked, I’ll send the next set. Let me know your typical daily capacity and turnaround time so I can schedule the workflow smoothly.
