Manual Entry from Handwritten Notes

I have a collection of English-language handwritten notes that need to be turned into clean, typed text. This is a strictly manual data-entry job—no OCR or copy-paste shortcuts—so accuracy and careful proofreading matter more than speed. The handwriting is generally legible, but line breaks, bullet points, and any underlining or emphasis must be preserved exactly as written.

Deliverables
• A single Word document (or, if you prefer, an Excel sheet) containing the transcribed text in the same order as the original pages.
• A brief completion log noting any words you were unsure of so I can double-check.

Once you send the finished file, I will review against the originals and release approval when everything matches. Let me know how soon you can start and your estimated turnaround for roughly 50 pages.
