Looking FOR A PROOFREADER HAVING CONTENT CHANGE EDITING KNOWLEDGE AROUND WRITE UPS

I am looking for an experienced proofreader that also has significant knowledge in content change editing to review write-ups. The primary type of content that I need proofread is Articles, but it is also important that the chosen freelancer could help with the content editing more generally. Ideally, the chosen freelancer should be able to proofread in more than 3 hours.
