We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Content Editor to join our team on a long-term basis. The role involves editing and refining articles to ensure they meet high standards of clarity, accuracy, and readability.
Responsibilities:
• Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, tone, and structure
• Ensure articles follow the given guidelines and formatting requirements
• Improve sentence flow and readability while maintaining the original meaning
• Conduct basic fact-checking when necessary
Requirements:
• Strong command of written English
• Ability to follow instructions and style guidelines carefully
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Payment:
• Starting rate: $1.5 – $3 per 1,000 words edited (depending on experience and task complexity)
• Rates may increase based on performance and long-term collaboration
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a short editing sample.
