KDP Cookbook PDF Formatting Expert Needed

I'm in need of a skilled freelancer to format my PDF file for Amazon KDP.
Key Tasks:
- Text alignment and fonts
- Headers and footers setup
- Formatting pages
Reorganization:
- Table of contents
- Chapters or recipes
- Index or appendices
The freelancer must ensure that the formatted PDF is compatible with Amazon KDP's paperback cookbook requirements. Experience with KDP is essential. Please ensure that all pages are correctly numbered after the reformatting is complete. Attention to detail and the ability to follow specific formatting guidelines are crucial.

I came across your profile on freelancer.com while looking for an Editor to help me with my book and give me a quote on how much it would be to correct a few items. I am not technologically savvy and have been working with another Editor on my book. When I received it back from the Editor the formatting was some what jumbled. My final goal is to upload it to Amazon to sell as a paperback size 6.12 x 9 in, or maybe larger if needed.
The issues that I currently have are only with the inside of the book, not the book cover (I've included the book cover just for reference). The issues are formatting of the recipe pages and some spacing between headers and titles. Also, I have come across a couple other issues that I am unable to fix myself. They are :
1. The book title should be Microwave Meals, Mugs and More consistently when it appears throughout the book.
2. Remove author name when it appears on the heading on every other page throughout the book.
3. Consistent font and font sizes for headings and recipe text. Additionally fraction numbers, for example 1/8 tsp and some of the other numeric values, need proper formatting.
4. On The About Page I'm looking to change the author signature at the bottom from K. Michelle to Kai Michelle as it appears on the cover of the book . (I've attached the cover of the book for reference). Also, the first paragraph is missing the very first letter, a capital "T".
5. In the Ingredients listing under Spices/Essentials Dried Chives will need to be added.
6. Once reformatting of the manuscript is finished the Table of Contents will need to be updated to properly reflect the new page numbers. There is a recipe for homemade baking powder that is listed on The About Page and all recipes that use baking powder have a note next to the ingredient where I refer them to The About Page which is currently page 6 to find the recipe for Homemade Baking Powder. After the reformatting of the pages those recipes will need to reflect the new page number for The About Page if it has changed. The recipes are: Garlic Bread In A Mug, Microwave Gluten-Free Bread, Homemade Southern Style Biscuit In a Mug, Apple Cake In a Mug, Chocolate Chip Muffin or Blueberry Muffin In a Mug, Cinnamon Roll Cake In a Mug, Pizza In a Mug, K. Michelle Signature Chocolate Cake, Fudge Brownie In a Mug and Vanilla Cake In a Mug.
7. The Table of Contents and recipe pages order should list under the "Breakfast" section all Egg recipes first, before the Pancake recipe.
8.The recipe for "Pizza In a Mug" has a reference to "Homemade Italian Turkey Sausage" recipe that is pointing it to a specific page number. I don't know what that page will be once the formatting is fixed so I would need that changed to the correct updated page number.
9. For some reason I am unable to fix the following: Recipe for Turkey Gravy and Rice step #5 there is double spacing between the words turkey, mix well, loosely cover and cook another 6 minutes.
