Informational NGO Newsletter Creation
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Our NGO publishes a monthly newsletter that keeps the general public in the loop about what we do and why it matters. For the next issue, I need a complete newsletter—written, laid out, and polished—so it can be sent out instantly when approved.
Core purpose
The newsletter is strictly informational: it should educate readers, celebrate our progress, and invite them to stay engaged without the overt pitch of a fundraising appeal.
Key content to include
• Success stories that show real-world impact
• A concise calendar of upcoming events
• Clear volunteer opportunities with simple next steps
• A brief “Monthly Activities” wrap-up tying everything together
What I’ll hand over
• Background notes on recent projects
• Photos, quotes, and raw statistics you can weave into the copy
• Brand guidelines (logos, color codes, preferred fonts)
What I expect back
• A fully written newsletter (approx. 2–3 pages or a single-scroll HTML) ready for email and web distribution
• Clean, reader-friendly layout built in the software of your choice—Canva, Adobe InDesign, or comparable tools are all fine as long as the exported file is editable later
• Proofread, fact-checked text with links verified
Timeline
First draft within one week of project start, final version two days after I return feedback.
If you have proven experience crafting engaging, public-facing newsletters and can turn raw material into a clear, compelling narrative, you’ll fit right in.
