IEEE to Elsevier LaTeX

I have a complete manuscript that currently compiles flawlessly in the IEEE LaTeX template. I now need it migrated to the standard Elsevier format.
Deliverables:
1. A fully compilable .tex project folder (source, .bib, and all graphics).
2. A PDF proof generated from the converted files.
This is very simple so i will pay ＄20. i have no computer access now, you can take your time todo it.
