Hindi language Textbook Proof & Layout
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I publish Hindi-medium UP Board books and am now preparing Computer Science, Mathematics, and Science titles for Class 9. The raw manuscript(Word File) in Hindi is complete; what I need is a polished, press-ready book. Your task begins with a careful proofread of the supplied text, correcting spelling, punctuation, and layout glitches that inevitably appear during typing.
Once the words are clean, we move on to page design. You may work in PageMaker or InDesign—either platform is perfectly acceptable to me—so long as the final files are fully editable and ready for offset printing as well as PDF distribution.
Images are an essential part of these textbooks. Each chapter calls for a mix of illustrations, photographs, and clear, labelled diagrams. I have a rough list of what is required but only a small portion of the artwork on hand, so I will rely on you to source or create the balance while respecting copyright and ensuring visual consistency. If stock artwork is needed, please flag any licensing costs separately before purchase.
For smooth collaboration, I will supply:
• The complete Hindi manuscript in Word format
• A chapter-wise image brief specifying subject matter and placement
• The UP Board syllabus and formatting guidelines
What I expect back:
• Proofread and corrected text flowed neatly into a professional textbook layout
• High-resolution, royalty-cleared images inserted in the correct positions with captions in Hindi
• Print-ready CMYK PDF plus the native PageMaker or InDesign files
• A short hand-off report listing fonts used, image sources, and any unresolved queries
