Hebrew PDF to Excel Conversion

I have a PDF written entirely in Hebrew that I need transcribed into an Excel workbook. The original file mixes headers, sub-headers and body copy in long text paragraphs. Exact visual reproduction is not necessary—in fact, I prefer that the layout be simplified so the spreadsheet is clean, easy to filter and ready for further analysis.

Please keep every word in Hebrew, preserving right-to-left direction and all diacritics where they appear. The only part of the document that needs special care is the prose: each paragraph should go into its own cell or logically grouped cells so no sentences are broken across rows.

Deliverable
• One .xlsx file containing the full Hebrew text, laid out in a tidy, simplified structure. All content must be proof-read for missing characters or encoding issues before delivery.
