I need a set of handwritten notes transcribed accurately into an editable Word document (.docx). The task is straightforward: type the text exactly as written, preserving original spelling, punctuation, and any intentional line breaks, but keep everything in standard paragraph style—no headers, bullets, or special fonts required.

You’ll receive high-resolution scans of each page as soon as we start, and I expect the finished, proof-read file returned in Word format ready for me to archive and search.
