I have a stack of handwritten notes that must be turned into a clean, well-structured Excel spreadsheet. The job is straightforward: read each note and enter the text exactly as written—spelling, punctuation, and line breaks—into the correct columns and rows I will provide.

Accuracy is critical. Before sending the finished file, please double-check for typos and make sure every note appears in the sheet in the same order I supply. Feel free to use Excel features such as data validation or conditional formatting if they help you spot inconsistencies more quickly.

Deliverable
