I have several plain-language documents—each running well over 1,000 words—that need to be completely rewritten in a polished, formal style. The original material is structurally sound, but the wording is too casual for its intended audience. Your task is to elevate the language, tighten the flow, and ensure consistent terminology throughout while preserving all original facts, figures, and intent.

You will receive the source files in editable Word format. Return each rewritten document in the same format with tracked changes enabled so I can see exactly what was updated. Accuracy and nuance are crucial; please avoid introducing new information or altering any technical details that may appear in the text.
