I have several English documents that first need to be retyped into an editable format and then translated into the language my clients request on a case-by-case basis—Spanish, French, German, or any other language they specify.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Retype the supplied scans or PDFs faithfully, preserving paragraph breaks, headings, and basic styling.
• Deliver a clean, error-free English master file (Word or Google Docs).
• Provide an accurate, naturally flowing translation of that same text into the target language we agree upon for each assignment.
• Keep original meaning, tone, and any specialized terminology intact, whether the material is general, technical, or legal.
• Return the final package—English source file and translated version—by the deadline we set, with formatting mirrored across both.
I’ll share files as they come in; some may be a few pages, others a small booklet. Ongoing collaboration is likely, so consistency and responsiveness matter. Let me know your language strengths, typical turnaround time for 1,000 words, and any CAT tools you prefer.
