Editing a journal draft-paper in material engineering which I need to publish in a scientific journal under Scopus

Hi there,

I need someone who is very familiar with a journal papers, I have a draft-paper, which I need to publish in a scientific journal under Scopus. Paper in the field of material engineering – defects on steel.

Methodology
