Editing / Proofreading a book

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for someone who can edit/proofread my yet-to-be-published book.
The book is a story merged with prose and poetry. It's around 165 pages and 26,000 words.
The candidate must be a native English speaker who is familiar with editing books (grammar, syntax, punctuation, clarity, story consistency ... etc). The candidate must also do it manually without using any grammar softwares.
I can provide a PDF file only.
