Documentation Assistant -- 2
Budget: $2 – $5 USD
A document controller’s job description includes but is not limited to the following;
⦁ Handling intake, verification, and storing documents.
⦁ Retrieving files for other employees and customers when needed.
⦁ Checking and editing documents for accuracy and compliance and keeping record up to date.
⦁ Reporting errors or developments regarding document storage.
⦁ Ensuring the secrecy and confidentiality of organizational documents.
⦁ Assisting employees with accessing documents.
⦁ Commission documentation on a variety of topics from team members across corporate groups.
⦁ Complete the documentary migration from existing documentation (Word docs, PDFs, external Wikis) into internal, cloud-based Wiki.
⦁ Assist team members with usage of internal Wiki.
⦁ Be the administrator of internal Wiki
⦁ Create new user accounts
⦁ Allocate appropriate accesses to user based upon company and team.
⦁ Work individually with team members to ensure our documentation is written to a high standard
⦁ Provide feedback/suggestions to team members to improve their language.
⦁ Edit/proofread documentation
⦁ Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when required.
⦁ Perform any other relevant task assigned by management.
Job Requirement:
⦁ Minimum Bachelors in relevant field.
⦁ Strong IT skills in MS office
⦁ Good attention to details
⦁ The ability to multitask
⦁ Highly organized
⦁ Excellent communication skills
⦁ Written and spoken English must be fluent, ideally native
⦁ Proficient typing skills
⦁ Specialist in documentary organization, structure and English language
⦁ Experienced Candidate will get preference
⦁ Candidates should be able to work at least 1-2 hours during Singapore business hours (Monday to Friday; ideally from 2-6pm Singapore time)
⦁ Candidates able to work on weekends in addition to the above are preferred
