Doctor of Ministry Project Paper (topic is repairing marriage after a breach of trust)

This is equivalent to a dissertation on a smaller scale. I'm not yet done writing but I imagine it will be close to 20,000 words. How much would it cost to proofread, correct grammatical errors, and correct the footnotes and bibliography? How much time would be needed? The paper follows Turabian 9th edition.
