Copy-Type Printed Forms

I have a set of printed forms that I need re-typed exactly as they appear. Most fields are pre-printed, but you will notice a handful of handwritten notes or short comments sprinkled throughout each page; those must be captured word-for-word in the same place they show up in the original layout.

My priority is fidelity: line breaks, tables, checkboxes, and alignment should mirror the source so I can drop the final file straight into our workflow without further tweaking.

• Final pages proof-read for 100 % accuracy in spelling, punctuation, and spacing
