Convert PDF Scan to Word

I have an eight-page PDF made from a scanned, typed manuscript that I need transcribed into an editable Word document. I want the new file to read and look as though it had been typed natively in Word:
• Font: Aptos, size 12 throughout.
• Layout: mirror the original spacing and paragraph breaks so I can drop sections straight into another document without re-tweaking line flow.
• Clean-up: remove any stray formatting marks, headers, footers, or artefacts left by OCR.
• Proofing: please correct typos and obvious grammatical slips automatically; no need to flag them.
The finished deliverable is a single .docx file, fully editable, with each of the eight pages faithfully represented and free of marks, hidden styles, or hard-to-remove tags.
