Complaint letter against university professor

A senior professor failed me in midterm exam by abusing his power to decide exam dates and misreported that i missed an exam for which i had to repeat a semester after i got hit by a car. In reality i already gave presentation for my midterm and i have video proof of everything.
Its incredibly traumatic to recall the instances and caused severe professional and health consequences. I did some research and found many students who've suffered tremendously and I'm fighting for justice on behalf of everyone.
Therefore i need help to write a formal letter to another senior professor whos been my mentor but hes also close to this other professorand knows the situation to seek out help.
