Branding Marketing & Web Government Contract Proposal Writer

The Technical Writer will assist in the capture of government contracts at the federal, state, and local levels by gathering and formatting information, writing and editing proposals, and obtaining appropriate approvals. Analyze and interpret customer RFP/RFQ/RFI requirements. Collaborate/interview subject matter experts and develop well written proposal material while integrating proposal strategy. Proofread/edit proposal documents, including editing for content, tone, and consistency. Meet all proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval; entering and monitoring tracking data; coordinating requirements with contributors; contributing proposal status information to review meetings; transmitting proposals. Develop outlines, which will be used for compliance reviews. Assist in drafting supporting documents including plans, documents, and appendices. Write and edit non-technical material such as resumes executive summaries, etc
