Book Translation & InDesign Layout
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a 340-page non-fiction book (9" × 6") that needs to move from English to Hindi without losing its look and feel. Every heading, paragraph style, image caption, header, footer, and page number must stay exactly where it is; only the running text changes language.
What I need you to do
• Translate the full manuscript into natural, reader-friendly Hindi.
• Keep all technical terms and proper names in English, exactly as they appear.
• Work directly in the original Adobe InDesign file, preserving fonts, styles, and layout.
• Return a complete packaged InDesign folder and a press-ready PDF ready for print.
The manuscript is already typeset, so strong InDesign skills are as important as linguistic accuracy. If you have handled Hindi typography in long-form books before, let me know and share one sample page or project link.
I will provide the current .indd file, linked images, and a clean text export. Looking forward to a smooth, faithful Hindi edition that’s ready to send straight to the printer.
