I’m opening a straightforward transcription project that’s perfect for newcomers who want to build experience while working with texts in several different languages. I will supply the source material and a concise style guide; your task is to convert everything into clean, accurate digital text.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Careful transcription that preserves spelling, punctuation, and line breaks exactly as they appear in the original.
• Consistent use of the style guide I provide (file naming, headings, speaker labels, and basic formatting).
• Timely delivery of the completed files in the agreed-upon format—Word, PDF, or plain text.
I’ll review each batch, give feedback, and release milestones as we go. Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions matter more than prior experience. If you have a good ear (or eye), a solid grasp of at least one additional language, and the discipline to proofread your own work, I’d like to collaborate with you.
