type new lease for small commercial building in Seattle. there is an existing lease and most of those terms will remain the same, but a few terms will be changed and the tenant will be new. The existing lease is printed out and the changes will be very legibly interlineated. The finished lease will be approximately 15 pages and the changes will comprise about two of those pages.
