Accurate PDF Text Extraction -- 2

I have a short PDF—fewer than ten pages—and I need every line of text moved into a brand-new, clean layout. The wording, order, line breaks, and spacing must match the source exactly; stray characters or skipped sections are not acceptable.

While the job is focused on text, the file does contain images, so please insert a simple “[Image]” tag (or similar) at each spot where one appears to preserve the flow. No tables or special formatting are required—just clear, easy-to-edit paragraphs.

When the transfer is complete, provide the result in the three formats I can work with: pdf file, word, txt file. A quick double-check for accuracy before delivery will be appreciated so I can drop the content straight into my workflow without further cleanup.
