Accurate PDF-Excel Data Entry

I have between one and five PDF files that contain a mix of text and numerical information. I need every field transferred into an Excel workbook with standard formatting so the sheet is clean, consistent, and ready for immediate analysis.

Accuracy is critical: figures must match exactly, text must be reproduced without typos, and the final spreadsheet should mirror the layout of the original PDFs while still following typical Excel conventions (column headings, uniform number formats, no merged cells unless they exist in the source). Timeliness matters as well—I’m looking for someone who can complete the full set within the agreed deadline and double-check their work before delivery.

Your deliverable is a polished Excel file (or separate files, if that’s cleaner) that passes a quick spot-check against the PDFs for total accuracy. If you are comfortable with data entry, careful proofreading, and working quickly with PDF and Excel tools, this should be a straightforward project.
