We're building a small network of smart, personable AI chatbots for influencers' Instagram DMs — and we need a talented prompt engineer/conversational designer to bring them to life.
This isn’t just customer support. These bots need to qualify leads, handle objections, and keep conversations flowing with personality and humor — all without sounding robotic.
You won’t need to code anything. Your job is to make each bot feel like the creator themselves while moving leads toward bookings, sales, or sign-ups.
Your Role
Write engaging, human-sounding prompts and flows
Build flexible flows that work across different influencer brands and niches
Handle common objections naturally (with humor, empathy, or cleverness)
Keep the convo flowing — not just scripted Q&A
Inject personality: sass, warmth, confidence, whatever fits the brand
Ideal Fit
Exceptional prompt writing skills — you know how to make AI sound human
Experience with chatbots, AI flows, or sales funnels
Strong sense of tone — you can write like a 25yo fitness coach or a mindset mentor
Bonus: You’ve worked with influencers, coaching offers, or social-first brands
What Success Looks Like
Bots that convert, but don’t sound salesy
Users feel like they’re chatting with a real person
Each bot reflects the unique brand voice of the influencer it represents
Clear lead qualification and handoff (e.g., send booking link or affiliate URL)
