analyze group posts using GPT

Hi, I'm looking for a freelancer to help me analyze data using GPT.
First, please specify your experience with AI and prompt engineering.
I have an Excel I need to analyze, using GTP. the idea is to build a simple process for that analysis. The excel includes posts from a group, with some details as the sender, the time etc. It could be with or without comments. The texts are in hebrew. to start with, I want to do the following processes:
1. translate each post to english (using GPT or google translate)
2. i want to classify the post (bertopic?) i want first to create a list of topics for the posts, and then to classify each post by the topics (could be more than one)
3. I want to summarize the content of each post to its nature (questions, request for information, request for recommendations, sharing or providing info, offering service)
4. I want to detect spam. I want first to check each post if it relates to the group theme.
5. lastly, identify replies that are not referring to the post and might be spam
i want to get this as a python code,
i want to use GTP for the workand
i'll need your help running it on my laptop (i've visual studio code with python)
