We need help developing a Retellai.com agent that can navigate an IVR using a Single Prompt Agent.
# SUMMARY
This agent will make outbound calls and press a digit to navigate an IVR menu.
# DETAILS
We DO NOT need a complete agent built. No other scripting is needed beyond IVR navigation. This agent is for demonstration purposes only.
Important: The agent MUST speak aloud AND press digit with DTMF tones.
The agent should attempt to navigate to the following destinations, in order of preference:
- Office Manager (most preferred)
- Operator
- Customer Support (least preferred)
If the IVR is repeated three times, the agent should hang up the phone

All content created for this project is property of our company. It is agreed that the project winner will release all intellectual property rights upon completion of the project.
# COMPLETED PROJECT
This project will be considered complete when we can role play with the agent and pretend to be an IVR. The emphasis on this project is the DTMF tones being pressed.
