Inclusive Hybrid Masterclass Design
Budget: $5 – $28 USD
I need a seasoned learning designer who can weave Data Analytics, Data Literacy, Automation, Prompt Engineering (AI), Cyber Security, Leadership, plus Agile and Critical Thinking into one cohesive masterclass. My audience will be senior, industry-leading professionals and a number of delegates living with disabilities, so every element must be both intellectually rigorous and fully accessible.
Delivery model
The course will run in a blended format—live and online, synchronous and asynchronous—where each session balances multiple topics rather than isolating them. I picture a rhythm of short lectures, hands-on workshops and facilitated group discussions that flow naturally into one another, keeping energy high while reinforcing cross-disciplinary links.
Accessibility expectations
Sensory learning strategies, alternative formats, captioned media, screen-reader friendly assets and clear way-finding cues are non-negotiable. Please build these requirements in from the outset instead of bolting them on later.
Assessments & compliance
All assessments (formative and summative) must map to the relevant NQF level. I will need rubrics, sample answers and moderation guidelines ready for internal quality assurance.
Key deliverables
• Curriculum blueprint showing integrated topic flow
• Slide decks, participant workbooks and facilitator notes
• Detailed activity guides that specify materials, timing and accessibility aids
• A complete assessment pack with NQF alignment matrix
• Accessibility checklist confirming WCAG-conformant formats
If you have a track record of crafting hybrid programmes for executive audiences and can demonstrate expertise across these technical and leadership domains, I’d love to review your approach and timeline.
